Keen to see the Airshow ? Bit of an Airshow groupee ? Then come join us and receive a Volunteers Free Pass to the Airshow!

Locals and visitors from around Australia are expected to attend the Red Thunder Airshow 2018. Red Thunder is an aviation event comprising of a Tactical Formation Clinic from the 21st to 25th of May 2018, and the Red Thunder Airshow & Warbird Fly-In on the 26th and 27th of May 2018. Accordingly, we are seeking Volunteers for the Red Thunder Airshow on the 26th and 27th of May 2018.

Whilst a great venue to fly and display warbird and vintage aircraft, most aviation enthusiasts are also ‘rev heads’ at heart!  So, set amidst a 1950’s rockabilly theme, the 2018 Red Thunder Airshow will offer Car and Motorcycle Clubs and enthusiasts an opportunity to display their vehicles and engage in a variety of Club competitions and Judging Activities.

With camping on-site, evening food and band activities on the Saturday night, a great time should be had by all!

So … if you’re interested in helping out, are keen on Warbirds and everything Aviation and a bit ‘Rev-head ish’, then checkout the FAQs and follow ‘the process’ detailed below. We’re looking forward to seeing you at the Red Thunder Airshow 2018!!
